Ocean Paradise has been architecturally designed to maximize the unobstructed view of the sea with floor-to-ceiling glass in the kitchen/lounge/master bedroom, all located on the upper floor.

Ocean Paradise has Geo-thermal underfloor heating; with a heat recovery system providing instant hot water 24/7. The holiday home has the advantage of a number of different living area- in addition to the upper floor lounge there is a lower floor snug and a games room.

Although strikingly modern - to give an out-of-this-world living experience - it's authentically built using many natural products allowing it to blend seamlessly into the Oak-rich landscape.

Enjoy a nature walk along the rugged shore line, bird spot, or have a giggle with the nosey seals from the colony out front. Or, perhaps just enjoy the more panoramic view from the first-floor balcony overlooking the sea from Magilligan Point - where the Foyle meets the Atlantic - all the way to the walled City of Derry.

Take a trip around the famous Inishowen 100 ( now part of the Wild Atlantic Way). This is one of Ireland's most scenic drives. The route includes dramatic coastal scenery plus a fine collection of ancient forts and monuments, traditional craft centres, and a dozen or so friendly villages. Scenic highlights include the Gap of Mamore, and Malin Head - Ireland's most northerly point.

The Historic Walled City of Derry is about 15 minutes drive south and is well worth visiting. It has a rich historical and cultural heritage, with many places of interest including the old walled city, museums, art galleries, theatres, cinemas and shops.

Play golf on the beautiful 9 hole parkland course at the nearby Redcastle Hotel. The internationally renowned Ballyliffin Golf Club is a 20 minute drive away ( 2018 Irish Open Golf venue). Other fine golf courses on the Inishowen Peninsula can be found at Greencastle and Buncrana.

Try kayaking at the Inish Adventures Centre based in nearby Moville (5km). This centre offers inland and sea level kayak training as well as tours by canoe and kayak.

Enjoy a stroll along the scenic coastal path between Moville and Greencastle.

Visit the Doagh Famine Village near Ballyliffin. This centre provides a great variety of exhibitions telling the story of the Irish Famine. It is also a place where the local customs, traditions, folklore and history of the Inishowen Peninsula are preserved in a permanent way.

Visit the Inishowen Maritime Museum and Planetarium in Greencastle. The state-of-the-art Planetarium gives the visitor the ability to see how mariners used to navigate with the stars, and also provide dazzling astronomy and light shows. Facilities include gift shop and tea room.

Use the Greencastle to Magilligan Ferry to explore the northern coast of Northern Ireland. The Giants Causeway, Bushmills Distillery, the Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge and Dunluce Castle are just some of the top attractions in this area..
